Lung Health Check

If you or your loved one have taken part in a Lung Cancer Screening (previously named Targeted Lung Health Check) that included a CT scan, we would like to hear from you.

Even if your lung cancer check showed no cancer, it may have revealed another important finding — severe COPD/ emphysema. This condition can cause breathlessness and fatigue — but there are treatment options that may help.

By completing this short survey, you can help improve care and support for others living with severe COPD/emphysema. At the end, you will find useful resources where you can learn more about available treatment options.
