Even if your lung cancer check showed no cancer, it may have revealed another important finding — severe COPD/ emphysema. This condition can cause breathlessness and fatigue — but there are treatment options that may help.

By completing this short survey, you can help improve care and support for others living with severe COPD/emphysema. At the end, you will find useful resources where you can learn more about available treatment options.

This survey is intended to collect feedback in a way that does not identify you personally. We do not ask for your name, contact details, or other direct identifiers, and our intention is to analyze responses only in an aggregated and de-identified manner.
